Keen to get fit in 2018? Just keep moving - that's the advice from 21 year old Chippie, Jack.
“I try to stay super active,” Jack tells Sluggers.
“I go boxing once or twice a week, just Boxfit. I do a bit of weights every other day and then surfing on the weekends and work.”
Whatever happens, Jack makes sure he spends as much time in the water as possible to ensure he stays fit.

SURFING is key to keeping fit for Jack.
Every other form of exercise fits in around Jack’s love of the ocean.
“Anything at the beach,” he said. “I surf, do surf lifesaving, swimming around and that kind of thing. I do surf rowing, that is pretty loose. I stay super active.”
As far as food goes, Jack isn’t one to cook. Instead, he uses the services of Marley Spoon, a company that delivers seasonal food to your door.
Marley Spoon has 12 new recipes to choose weekly including vegetarian options, healthy choices and kid-friendly dishes which you can get on the table in less than 30 minutes. It comes pre-portioned to your door with free delivery and an easy 6 step recipe card.
“I try and eat organic and I grow veggies at home,” he explained. “I’ve got bees and chickens.”
Unlike other super fit blokes, he’s not one to stick to a regimented diet plan.
“I squeeze in two meals a day, maybe three,” he said.
