FASTEST:  Express $40 (4 - 6 working days)

FAST: AusPost International: $15 (6-10 working days)  

All of our shipping methods provide parcel tracking.

Free shipping deals send as FAST shipping but you can change to an Express service if you like. 

AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping within Australia can take up to 4 working days for the Eastern States and 6 working days for Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

Sometimes it's faster, but those are the official times given to us by Australia Post. 

Express Post is faster, although it's the next working day after we ship - which means it can arrive two working days after your order. Make sure it's offered to your address from Sydney. It's still the fastest option, but the 'next day or it's free' rule doesn't apply to the eParcel System we use with Australia Post. That's only for yellow bags handed over at the Post Office or Yellow Post Boxes. 

We offer two types of shipping - Parcel Post and Express Parcel Post. 

Once your order has shipped you'll receive an Australia Post tracking number and link. That link can offer the authority to leave the parcel if you aren't home if that service is offered by your Postie.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship with DHL worldwide. You have the option of DHL Express and DHL Global Mail. 

Once your order has shipped you'll receive a DHL tracking number. You can track your order HERE. If your order is taking a while to arrive you'll be able to follow up with DHL direct. 

International shipping via DHL Express takes around 3-5 working days.

International shipping via DHL Global Mail takes around 10-15 working days.  

WARNING FOR EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS - your customs people can charge a duty along with a shipping and handling fee at your end, but we guess you're used to that by now. 

In England - If you buy goods online from outside the EU for delivery to the UKyou'll have to pay Customs Duty (if over £120 value) and Import VAT (if over £18) on top of the purchase price (including duties), though Customs Duty is waived if the amount of the calculated duty payable is £7 or less. They also charge a handling fee. We have tried, but we cannot find a solution to pre-pay this for you EXCEPT with DHL Express. 

If you live in a country that charges an import duty but you decide to not pay the duty and return the packet to sender please be aware that this is a very slow process and there is a high possibility that you parcel will not make it back to us at all. We cannot process a refund until the items are back in our hands. 

Unfortunately we had a large percentage of parcels go missing when shipping to Spain, so we now only provide an Express service using DHL. 

If you are trying to order Sluggers but we don't ship to your country - send an email to adam@sluggers.com.au and we'll come back with a shipping quote. 

Once the delivery is marked DELIVERED on the tracking it is your property and we are no longer responsible for it.  

RETURNS POLICY

We hope your Sluggers are a perfect fit, but if they aren’t we have you covered! 

Make sure you try your Sluggers on the first time over clean underwear. 

If the fit isn’t right please send them back for a full refund and order another pair in the right size or style at sluggers.com.au. 

We don’t do exchanges - it’s heaps faster to send your Sluggers back for a refund and order another pair in the right size or style.

STEP THREE - YOU'LL RECEIVE AN EMAIL TO LET YOU KNOW THE REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED. 

 

For North American customers the USA address is much cheaper to send to, however your refund can take up to 6 weeks to process. If you're in a hurry for your refund - send it to Australia. 

The contents of the mailbox are forwarded to us at the end of each month and take around 15 days to get here.

Next pickup: June 30

Estimated arrival: July 15.

 

We don't process the refunds until the Sluggers are in our Australian warehouse. 

If you are buying a replacement pair your original shipping cost will be refunded. You will only pay for shipping once. When your refund is processed you’ll receive an email to let you know we’re done. 

Remember we don't exchange via post - we only refund. 

You can return your Sluggers to either address within 30 days of delivery. 

Make sure you include your name and order number with your returned Sluggers. If you ordered a replacement pair let us know the new order number as well. 

If you ordered a few different sizes and styles just send back the ones that didn’t work out. 

All items returned must be in the original condition - unworn and unwashed. 

Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Sale items are a final sale.
