Shipping within Australia can take up to 4 working days for the Eastern States and 6 working days for Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Sometimes it's faster, but those are the official times given to us by Australia Post. 

Right now we're only shipping free to anywhere in Australia. 

From January 4, 2016 Australia Post have updated their shipping times to a complicated sytem with tiers of postage. We'll keep using the basic "regular" service for our free shipping. CLICK HERE for a run down on the new Australia Post shipping times. 


We ship with DHL Express worldwide.

Once your order has shipped you'll receive a DHL tracking number. You can track your order HERE.

International shipping via DHL takes around 10 days. 

WARNING FOR UK CUSTOMERS - your customs people can charge a duty along with a shipping and handling fee at your end.  

If you are trying to order Sluggers but we don't ship to your country - send an email to and we'll come back with a shipping quote. 

Sometimes International Shipping takes a while - up to 8 weeks in some cases. If your parcel doesn't arrive, please email us. 



We hope your Sluggers are a perfect fit - but if they aren't we have you covered!  

Make sure you try your Sluggers on the first time over your underwear.  

If the fit isn’t right you can send them back for an exchange or refund.

You may return new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) - but not for a bad fit. Our advice - keep the box intact and use it to return the item.  

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).



If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
