Returns and Cancellations - EU Customers

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS (EU CUSTOMERS)

The short version:

We refund. We don't exchange. Send them back and we'll refund the purchase price.

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, including simply changing your mind. We go further than the legal minimum for most orders — see below.

THE BASICS

  • 1–3 pairs (standard items): returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • 4 or more pairs in a single order: returns accepted within 14 days of delivery (the EU legal minimum)
  • Sale, clearance, and monogrammed items: returns accepted within 14 days of delivery (the EU legal minimum)
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed in original condition
  • Returns must be sent to our Australian return address, as provided on the return card included in your parcel
  • Return postage is at your expense
  • We refund — we don't exchange via post. If you want a different size, buy the new size and return the original for a refund
  • No restocking fees apply to any return made within the timeframes outlined above
  • Your right of withdrawal applies regardless of discount or personalisation, except where the item has been used or where hygiene seals have been removed (briefs touching skin)

RETURNS OUTSIDE THESE TIMEFRAMES

If your return falls outside the windows above, it's no longer covered by EU withdrawal rights, and our standard Australian returns policy applies instead — including a 20% restocking fee on returns of 4 or more pairs in a single return. We may also decline late returns at our discretion.

HOW TO RETURN

Every Sluggers parcel includes a return card with our Australian return address and everything we need to process your refund. Please include this card with your return — we can't process a refund without your order number.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can also simply notify us by email at adam@sluggers.com.au with your order number before sending the item back.

REFUND TIMING

Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund within 14 days, in line with EU consumer law. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

SHIPPING REFUNDS

Our goal is that you only pay outbound shipping once while you work out your size. If you return your first order and reorder in a different size, we'll refund the standard shipping cost on your original order once we receive the return — we don't refund express shipping. This applies to your first order only.

CANCELLATIONS

Under EU law, you may cancel your order at any time before it has shipped, for any reason, without giving justification. Once your order has shipped, it's treated as a return under the terms above.

PRODUCTION FAULTS

If there's a fault or production issue with your Sluggers, please get in touch before sending anything back. Your legal rights under EU consumer protection law apply, and we'll sort it out at no cost to you.
