RETURNS & REFUNDS
The short version:
We refund.
We don’t exchange.
Send them back within 30 days and we’ll refund the purchase price.
We have a return address in Australia and an address in America for our USA customers.
Returns to the American address can take 60 days to process as the mailbox is forwarded to us on the end of every month and takes 10 days to arrive.
THE BASICS
• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn and unwashed in original condition
• Return postage is at your expense
• We refund — we don’t exchange via post. If you want a different size, buy the new size and return the original for a refund
• We don’t process refunds until the item is back in our warehouse
• A 20% restocking fee applies to returns of 4 or more pairs in a single return
• No returns on sale, clearance, custom or monogrammed items — these sales are final. Your standard Australian Consumer Law rights still apply if there’s a production fault
HOW TO RETURN
Every Sluggers parcel includes a return card with both our Australian and USA addresses, plus everything we need to process your refund. Please include this card with your return — we can’t process a refund without your order number.
Australian customers — pack them flat with some cardboard and send as a Large Letter. It’s a third of the price of a satchel and Australia Post sell a fully trackable cardboard Large Letter envelope. No need for Express Post — it won’t make your refund faster.
USA & North American customers — our US mailbox is significantly cheaper to send to (around $20 USD less than sending to Australia). Allow up to 6 weeks for processing as contents are forwarded to Australia at the end of each month. If you need a faster refund, send directly to our Australian address.
SHIPPING REFUNDS
Our goal is that you only pay outbound shipping once while you work out your size. If you return your first order and reorder in a different size, we’ll refund the standard shipping cost on your original order once we receive the return — we don’t refund express shipping.
This applies to your first order only, and is our way of making it easy for new customers to find their fit. If you buy two sizes intending to return one, outbound shipping is not refunded.
CANCELLATIONS
We can’t guarantee cancellation once an order is placed as fulfilment begins immediately. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best. All confirmed orders are subject to our standard returns policy.
PRODUCTION FAULTS
If there’s a fault or production issue with your Sluggers, please get in touch before sending anything back. Your standard Australian Consumer Law rights apply and we’ll sort it out.
