SHIPPING POLICY
We ship every business day via Australia Post. All shipping methods include tracking. Prices are in AUD unless otherwise stated.
RATES
Domestic (Australia): Standard $7.50 | Express $11.00
International (Rest of World): Standard $15.50 | Express $40.00 AUD
USA: Standard $11.50 USD | Express $27.50 USD (includes Zonos tariff handling fee)
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
Standard: Allow 5 business days for East Coast, 10 business days for West Coast.
Express: Allow 3 business days within the Express Post network. Longer for WA and NT.
All Australian orders are sent signature required. This means someone needs to be available to sign, or you can manage redelivery and safe drop preferences in the Australia Post app.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For estimated delivery times to your country visit the Australia Post website.
Once your order ships you’ll receive an Australia Post tracking number. This number also works with your local postal service (eg. USPS) once the parcel arrives and is scanned in your country.
USA TARIFFS
The USA charges an inbound customs tariff on goods from Australia. We handle this for you — the tariff (currently 10%) is added to your cart at checkout, and we pay it to the US Federal Government on your behalf via Zonos before your parcel ships. You shouldn’t need to pay anything further on arrival.
WHY IS MY PACKAGE STUCK IN CHICAGO?
USPS has five international processing centres and Chicago is the slowest. Parcels can take 4 to 14 business days between scans there. The good news is that the next scan after Chicago is usually your local distribution hub — so you’re close. Hang tight.
EUROPE AND CANADA
Your customs authority may charge an import duty and handling fee on arrival. We write the correct value of goods on all customs forms and will not mark items as gifts.
If you choose not to pay an import duty and the parcel is returned to us, please be aware this is a slow process and there’s a real chance it won’t make it back. If it does, we’ll deduct both the outbound and return shipping costs from your refund.
SPAIN AND SOUTH AMERICA
We only offer Express shipping to Spain and strongly recommend Express for South America. We cannot guarantee delivery on standard service to these regions.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY
We take responsibility for your parcel until it is marked as DELIVERED on the tracking. Make sure you ship to a safe location. Once it’s marked delivered it’s your property. Please note our tracking visibility window is 60 days from purchase — we’re unable to investigate delivery claims after this point.
